As a practitioner in knowledge transfer, knowledge mobilization and management, and strategic learning, Jérôme Elissalde has been working for over 13 years across a wide range of sectors (institutional, philanthropic, nonprofit, municipal, academic, and social innovation). He founded Perspectiv in 2019.
He now helps organizations and collectives enhance their efficiency. Through training, collaborative workshops, assessments, and coaching, he approaches the circulation and strategic use of knowledge as powerful levers for continuous improvement. His primary areas of focus include change management, strategic clarity, the circulation and transfer of knowledge, organizational memory, as well as knowledge and talent management.
Jérôme Elissalde holds a master’s degree from the University of Paris 7, where he specialized in the social circulation of knowledge. He also studied at the Université du Québec à Montréal in the Master’s program in Social and Public Communication during a year-long academic exchange. He is a member of several communities of practice in social innovation, knowledge transfer, and knowledge mobilization.
He is particularly interested in organizational learning, communication and power dynamics within organizations, and the recognition of tacit knowledge in collective projects.
