Emanuel Guay is a postdoctoral research associate in the Department of Geography at Concordia University and at the Élisabeth-Bruyère School of Social Innovation at Saint Paul University, as well as a research and development advisor for the Regroupement des organismes du Montréal ethnique pour le logement (ROMEL). His current work focuses on collaborative research, the Quebec development model, and strategies to facilitate new construction and the maintenance of social housing assets.
